Mary has joined ArchiTech after having more than 20 years’ experience working in telecommunications, information technology and consulting with a focus on complex solutions into Healthcare and the Public Sector.
Mary is responsible for managing ArchiTech’s customer success team of Account Managers, Principal Consultants and Solution Architects. As a leader, she actively drives collaboration and encourages innovation.
She is committed to ensuring that we listen to our customers, respond with solutions that recognise their unique requirements and have the flexibility to evolve with them over time. Her measure of success is when our solutions and the technology simply allow customers to just get back to doing what they do best. Satisfaction is when they ask us to do it again and again.
Volunteering in healthcare and local community projects keeps Mary busy outside of work and you can regularly find her strolling along the Yarra with her family, friends, and dog.
