He has a collaborative and supportive leadership style, combined with a high level of technical ability, enabling him to drive and deliver analysis and actions in line with desired commercial and company objectives.
He has extensive experience in financial strategy and management, enjoying the challenges of developing systems, processes and people to ensure businesses are supported in an efficient and financially feasible manner. He takes a business wide approach to development and assessment of functions, with a focus on not only meeting the needs of today, but also the potential requirements of tomorrow.
When he is not working, Dallas likes to spend time with his partner, watch and play basketball, read, listen to Jazz, and hang with his bulldog Digby.
