ArchiTech supporting VHBA’s Mental Health Beds Expansion Program.

ArchiTech is proud to be supporting the Victorian Department of Health's Mental Health Beds Expansion Program, delivering critical technology that enables staff to provide care in a safe environment.

Over the last 12 months (spanning Northern Health, The Royal Melbourne Hospital, and Western Health), our team has worked tirelessly to help bring this fulfilling project to life - encompassing the delivery of networking, connectivity and wireless infrastructure, real time location services, and duress solutions - in partnership with trades and services across the entire technology stack.

In addition, we congratulate the team at Western Health their significant milestone, opening 52 mental health beds at the Sunshine Hospital. This facility will increase capacity, reduce pressure on emergency departments, and provide additional support for people experiencing mental illness who require immediate treatment in a contemporary, safe and high-quality setting.
